Understanding Your Orders & Deliveries

Every purchase automatically generates one or more shipping orders, separate from your original order.

What are they for?
They let you track the shipment of each item individually, particularly for:

• Pre-orders
• Subscriptions and bundles
• Digital items (which have their own delivery methods and timelines)

Good to know:

• Shipping orders show a zero amount — this is expected.
• They reference the original order they were created from.
• Shipping fees and taxes remain on the original order.
